After progressing his way through the junior ranks, Mark enjoyed a distinguished career at the very top of the sport. 61 starts in Formula One brought multiple podium finishes whilst racing for the likes of McLaren, Brabham, Ligier and Tyrrell across a golden era for the sport. Alongside his Formula One duties, Mark enjoyed immense sportscar success most notably taking a memorable pole position at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1990 before taking the outright victory in 1992.
Mark also became one of the very first British drivers to enjoy a great deal of success in the United States, taking on the very best that IndyCar had to offer enjoying multiple wins along the way.
Stepping away from elite racing, Mark was a part of ITV’s BAFTA-award winning Formula One coverage from 2003 to 2008 and has established himself as one of Europe’s most recognised motorsport managers through his role as CEO of market-leading sports management group, MB Partners. Alongside this, he is now also Sporting Director for MB Motorsport in BTCC
Most recently employed as Head of Race Strategy at Aston Martin F1 team, Bernadette has 13 years experience working within the Formula One industry. She has travelled to or supported F1 races over a period of 9 seasons across strategy and performance engineering functions. Her previous F1 experience was gained at McLaren Racing. Bernadette’s role has seen her leading race strategy decisions from the pitwall that have directly influenced the results of both drivers and team. Balancing information flow from the drivers, engineers and support team in mission control as well as reacting to external events. Bernadette was previously selected as one of the ‘30 under 30’ young rising stars of manufacturing for the Make it in Great Britain campaign and named in The Manufacturer Top 100 UK Role Models.
Leading the team at Formula Health, Gemma uses her international experience in elite Human Performance to deliver 1st class treatment interventions.
As the first Human Performance Consultant Osteopath within Formula One, Gemma has been at the forefront of elite level health & fitness for the past 10 years. Working with the drivers and crews across various race series including endurance racing with Aston Martin, Formula E and primarily Formula 1, Gemma has raised the bar on delivering performance driven results using a holistic and comprehensive approach to team health and fitness. Notably, her role in pitstop analysis resulting in the World Record in 2016 for the fastest ever pitstop in F1 at 1.92seconds.
Combining her experience within the pinnacle of motorsport engineering, Gemma has also lead a number of projects taking F1 technology out into the medical industry. She is passionate about using the knowledge gained from this high pressure environment to improve performance outcomes in the healthcare sector. The Formula Health clinic provides a centre for everyone to have access to elite level health analysis and treatment interventions in a beautiful Berkshire setting. Believing that education plays a huge role in improving health, the clinic also provide regular community workshops and collaborates with other local healthcare professionals.
Gemma’s unique presence within Formula One continues as she currently consults for a team based in Switzerland, working with their drivers, engineers and pitcrew on the vast subject of ‘Human Performance’.
Regarded as one of the most skilled drivers on the BTCC grid, Jake Hill enjoyed his most successful season to date in 2021 with MB Motorsport and is determined to fight it out at the front once again in 2022.
His sensational BTCC debut came in 2013 at Croft. Immediately competitive, Jake made his mark by taking a win in the Jack Sears trophy in his very first race, following that up with a further podium finish in the second race.
Following his successful 2019 campaign, Jake joined the BRDC SuperStars programme and proved himself as a leading contender in the BTCC combined with MB Motorsport.
Taking charge of Motorbase's Ford Focus ST, Jake powered to two superlative race victories at Croft and Silverstone alongside nine podium finishes in 2021 - claiming fifth place in his best season to date as he remained in the championship fight until the very last round.
For 2022, Jake remains with the team as they switch to West Surrey Racing's BMW 330e M Sport and hope to take another step towards a fully-fledged Championship assault.
Founder of "The Naked Warrior", Claire is an international leading fitness, nutrition and mindset expert plus female empowerment coach for women in motorsport. Her unique skills and experience of over 20 years in the health and fitness industry provides the knowledge and experience relevant to the specific dynamics that motorsport racing demands.
Her knowledge and experience is sought after and Claire has presented regular educational features for FIA Girls on Track, part of Motorsport UK plus attends the events that Girls on Track host specifically to local schools to promote the range of opportunities within motorsport. Claire is an Ambassador for Team Sport Indoor Karting and BIKC, is the preferred trainer for a high profile motorsport company and author of The Winning Formula - Discover the Secrets to Unleash Your Alphafemale.
Most notably, Claire was asked to cocreate an exhibition at Coventry Transport Museum dedicated to Women in Motorsport which is open from Jan to May 2022 that showcases the work she does with clients.
Not just for the drivers, Claire’s programs are also used by the team mechanics of a high profile motorsport company as well corporate employees working within the pinnacle of motorsport which ensures success across the board for the whole company.
Raj is a British club & regional kart racer, as well as a top finalist from the televised international Formula Woman motorsport competition.
In her day-to-day, Raj works as a Senior Account Manager at Procurement Leaders (a London headquartered B2B procurement research & networking organisation).
Raj’s journey and achievements in motorsport, since she first started karting in 2020, have been impressive. Highlights include reaching the regional finals of the 2021 British Indoor Karting Championship and reaching the final 75 of the 2021/22 Formula Woman competition (which began with 1000+ international applicants).
Raj is passionate about encouraging more women and undiscovered talent into motorsport and has notable regional and national media experience - including multiple appearances on BBC Radio WM, BBC Radio London and appearing as a live guest on Alastair Stewart’s prime time weekend show on TV news channel GB News.
Charlie Martin is a British racing driver and LGBTQ+ activist, she has raced successfully in multiple disciplines including single seaters, prototypes and GT cars.
In 2020 she made LGBTQ+ history as the first ever transgender driver to compete in the ADAC TOTAL 24hr Nürburgring-Rennen, where she finished 4th in class racing a BMW M240i. In 2021 she finished 3rd in the Praga class of the Britcar Endurance Championship.
Her ambition is to make LGBTQ+ history by competing at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. She has overcome huge adversity since transitioning mid way through her career, and works with leading LGBTQ+ charities Stonewall (Sports Champion), Mermaids (Patron) and Athlete Ally (ambassador) to improve visibility, acceptance and inclusion in motorsport.
Charlie has featured in Vogue Magazine (July 21) and was listed in the Vogue 25, a cele- bration of inspiring women shaping the World in 2021 and beyond. She was also in- cluded in the Pride Power list, OUT Magazine 100 & Attitude 101.
She is a professional public speaker and works regularly with large organisations to help them improve their commitment to diversity and inclusion. Clients include Google, Microsoft, Adidas, AON, O2, GSK, ASOS, Heycar & BMW.
Perry McCarthy is truly unique – he is an ex Formula One driver, a bestselling author and was the original secret racing driver from BBC’s Top Gear - 'The Stig'.
In the world of International Motor Racing, Perry McCarthy is known for his speed and humour. But he is also famous for his incredible determination, opportunism and deal making abilities.

His unique attitude and against the odds journey from working on Oil Rigs to Formula One driver, best-selling author to becoming world famous as ‘The Stig’ on Top Gear has been inspirational.
Damon Hill, 1996 F1 World Champion, said of McCarthy ‘I have constant admiration for how he turns a no hope situation into some sort of triumph’.
There were so many difficult times for Perry and his young family, but he would not give up, either on or off the track, and he always found a way to make things happen.
His quick wit and ability to deride himself, and others, has regaled spectators, race guests and even rival teams and drivers, in pit lanes, paddocks and bars across the world.

He links his experience and passionate attitude, along with his behind-the-scenes knowledge of the Formula One world, to provide a highly entertaining and insightful platform tailored to support the client's key event messages and after, invites audiences to ask him questions about cars, driving, Top Gear and Formula One.
Richard Morris is a British racing driver and is currently a works driver for Revolution Race Cars competing in the European Sports Prototype Cup. Richard is also the creator of Racing Pride, an innovative movement launched in June 2019 to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion through motorsport which has already grown to partner with multiple Formula One teams and to reach audiences worldwide with its message of inclusion.
Richard’s own experiences of challenging casual homophobia and stereotypes, as well as of starting conversations about inclusion in the world of motorsport, inform his perspective and make him a unique speaker. Richard has worked directly with all of Racing Pride’s partners, including Aston Martin and Alpine Formula One teams, delivering a wide variety of speaker sessions, and is able to engage audiences with a combination of personal stories and practical advice on allyship.
In a career spanning 30 years in Touring Car Racing, Matt Neal is best known for his exploits in the BTCC and is a 3 x Champion of the series, along with 6 Independents Champion titles. In 1999 he caused a sensation by winning a race at Donington Park in a Nissan Primera, the first Independent to do so in the modern era, winning him a £250,000 prize from BTCC series promoter Alan Gow.
Also known for his fierce on-track rivalry with fellow touring car driver Jason Plato, Matt has appeared a number of times on BBC's Top Gear in some of the TV shows most famous and well remembered challenges, such as Car Football and Airport Vehicle race.
He now runs the Team Dynamics Motorsport BTCC team and combines this with commentating for Eurosport and the Discovery channels.
Tristan is an ESG / sustainability specialist working in the sport sector, with a particular focus on opportunities in motorsport to deliver innovation and transformation across industries. Tristan’s background in commercial, operational and strategic positions in a variety of sectors has equipped him to apply a broad knowledge to sustainable development in motorsport and beyond.
Tristan is able to identify the areas where ‘elite’ performing organisations require support to transform their operations to reduce their impact, this coupled with almost 20 years of process excellence, people and project management experience, qualifies Tristan to bring sustainability into any organisation, through understanding the entire value chain and its impacts.
Utilising technical knowledge in GHG reduction, life cycle assessment, supply chain management, continuous improvement and partnership creation, the business benefits of sustainable operations are articulated for the best outcomes.
Tristan continues his own academic research and is currently engaged in multiple research projects to support deep sustainability adoption in sports and motorsport, including future fuels, mega-events and organisational culture.
Since his company, Niesslein Sustainability Partners was founded in late 2019, Tristan has engaged with high performing teams and individuals across sport, supporting world-class outcomes, Tristan has also delivered guest speaking appearances at a leading university, supporting business leaders towards sustainability in their operations and to see the commercial benefit in doing so and continues his professional development at Cambridge University.
A sustainability generalist with years of experience and a ‘climate optimist’, Tristan makes the journey to sustainable outcomes such as Net Zero, accessible, achievable and enjoyable, for teams or events of any size.
Marc "Elvis" Priestley worked as a member of the Formula One pitstop crew & in team management at one of the sport's most successful organisations, McLaren Racing, for almost a decade.
Having been an integral part of the team that stood in the pitlane - with cars approach at motorway speeds, he & his team came together in perfect synchronicity to change tyres in little more than 2 sec - there aren't many people more perfectly placed, or better educated in the field, to impart how these processes and lessons can positively impact a business or project.
He has also worked with an impressive list of drivers & World Champions including Mika Hakkinen, Fernando Alonso, Kimi Raikkonen & Sir Lewis Hamilton.
Since leaving McLaren, Marc now shares his experiences & knowledge through talks, consultations & workshops with businesses across the world & is the host of the renowned "Pitlane Life Lessons" Podcast. He has also gone on to have a successful career in television, having worked as an analyst on, amongst others, the Sky Sports F1 coverage and now co-hosts the Discovery Channel's "Wheeler Dealers" alongside Mike Brewer. In 2017 he wrote and released "The Mechanic", a book that looked into the secret world of the Formula One Pit lane.

Simon is an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Therapist, who has worked in the field of human performance for 25 years.
He worked for the prestigious Formula One Team McLaren for 14 years, as Driver Performance Manager. His responsibilities included managing the athletic development of over 20 professional racing drivers, in 14-series of racing and facilitated 16 championship wins.
He had notable success supporting three drivers from grassroots and entry formula, through to Formula One and Two, winning their respective championships in the process.
He now runs Formula To Perform, which is an culmination of almost three decades of service to human performance; providing drivers with a proven preparation strategy and system to optimise their winning potential.

By applying the American Professional Selling Skills, learnt initially as a Xerox Salesman and as the UK Sales Training Director of the American Corporation, to his passion for motor-racing, Brian built a careers one of the most successful exponents of sponsorship acquisition in F1 and international motorsport. Following a successful professional career racing touring and sports cars, Brian established South Africa’s first ever racing driver school and managed the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit before moving into F1 as Marketing Director of the Lola F1 Team.
Later, as Head of Motorsport for a international sports agency API, Brian personally secured the multi-million pound sponsorship deals that brought global brands FedEx and Gillette into F1 for the very first time, as sponsors of the Benetton F1 Team.
He went on to become the Benetton F1 Team’s Commercial Director. He has published two highly-acclaimed books on sports sponsorship. His autobiography was published in 2019. As the Founder of the prestigious Motorsport Industry Association (MIA), Brian was presented with an Honorary Doctorate by Birmingham City University in 2018 for services to the motorsport industry.

Formerly of Williams F1 Advanced Engineering, where he translated learnings from Motorsport to help clients improve their own performance, working on projects in manufacturing, rail transport, aerospace, defence and automotive. He also has an emerging focus on applying Motorsport performance improvement techniques to delivering sustainability objectives.
Jeremy brings 16 years’ experience combining external consulting across a broad range of industries – including retail, leisure, FMCG, media and B2B services – and internal strategy roles at Jaguar Land Rover, Inchcape and Sainsbury’s. Additionally, he has hands-on experience as Brand Director of two Porsche retail centres and as Director of Operational Excellence for an automotive fleet company.
Formerly of McLaren Applied Technologies and the McLaren Accelerator team, where he brought the methodologies, technologies and ways of working from motorsport to apply to client performance challenges. Paul worked hand-in-hand with the KPMG and Deloitte partner teams to deliver projects in Retail, Oil & Gas, Transport and Manufacturing.
Paul has over 20 years of experience in operational and consulting roles across different sectors including Manufacturing, Banking and Public Sector. He is an experienced facilitator, coach and trainer, and has a particular interest in leadership development.
Paul has distilled his experiences and expertise into the RAPID Performance framework, a programme for applying elite motorsport thinking to business performance challenges.
Jim Wiseman is a Producer and Director who runs Wiser Films.
Jim was one of the creative minds behind the hit BBC TV show Top Gear, coming up with “the star in the reasonably priced car” and many of the famous challenges, that made the show a global success, including the very first race between an Aston Martin DB9 vs the train to Monaco.
He has also worked on the BBC and Channel 4 Formula One coverages, Goodwood Festival of Speed and most recently created and directed ITV show “The Car Years”
Using his wealth of experience, Jim can engage with businesses on areas such as: building a brand, working with big personalities, the A-Z of building a filming day and knowing your audience.
