Former Head of Internal Comms for Mercedes AMG F1 and before that EA to Ross Brawn, Nicole Bearne tells us her reflections on Brawn GP and how in a one off 2009 Formula One season, she saw the management team of Ross Brawn and CEO Nick Fry lead in a crisis - which would eventually lead to success winning both the Driver's and Constructor's Championships.
