Powered by Ignition Human Performance and introduced by founder Nick Butcher, the network brings together like-minded peers and industry experts to connect, collaborate, and learn in memorable, high-impact settings.
At its core, the network uses the same high-performance principles that drive motorsport success and applies them to helping businesses accelerate their own achievements.
Events take place at some of the UK’s most iconic motorsport venues, offering a unique backdrop for meaningful conversations and relationship-building.
The Royal Automobile Club in London, also the venue for the network’s official launch on 12th February 2026, hosts several gatherings throughout the calendar. Members also meet at the Silverstone Museum, Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey, and MK7 at the Red Bull Technology Campus.
The 2026/27 calendar features roundtables in May at Mercedes-Benz World, in September at the Red Bull Technology Campus, in November at the Royal Automobile Club, and in February at the Silverstone Museum, with all dates subject to change depending on availability.
Membership comes with a wide range of enriching benefits. Alongside the exclusive roundtable events, members connect with peer advisory networks from a variety of industries and gain opportunities to hear from expert Motorsport Speakers.

The network also welcomes strategic Partners who want to bring their knowledge, expertise, and energy into the community. Partners enjoy added visibility through branding at roundtables and the annual conference, as well as opportunities to speak or join panels.
Their involvement is also recognised through a profile on the network’s website and a social media announcement. Partners receive invitations to exclusive halow charity events, including the famous Damon Hill Karting Day, and benefit from additional networking opportunities at motorsport events throughout the year.
The network’s chosen charity partner is halow, an organisation supporting more than 235 young people with learning disabilities and autism as they work towards fulfilling, independent lives.
Founded in 2006 by the parents of five young people, Harriet, Amber, Laura, Oliver, and William, whose initials form the name “halow,” the charity has a long-standing connection with Ignition. Nick Butcher became a Trustee in 2022 and stepped into the role of Chairman in 2024.
The charity’s patron and co-founder is 1996 Formula 1 World Champion Damon Hill OBE, and its much-loved fundraising events include the Damon Hill Festival of Karting and the Damon Hill Golf Day.
Ignition Human Performance is very proud to work "the halow project", who work with young adults with learning difficulties.
They share many of the same values as Ignition, inspiring people for a better future and are passionate that the people they support have the right to expect the same life experiences and chances as any other young person.
Ignition work with halow to support these objectives by offering CV and interview support for halow young people who are on their Building Futures and a Reason to Get Up programmes. We also work with halow’s management team providing leadership training and coaching.
halow’s co-founder and Patron is 1996 F1 World Champion, Damon Hill OBE, who continues to be a strong advocate for people with learning disabilities and the work that halow project does in particular. He continues to raise vital funds through halow’s two key events; the halow 250 bike ride and Damon Hill's Karting Challenge (which Ignition enter a team into each year).
As of June 2022, Ignition Human Performance Managing Director Nick Butcher, is a Member of the Trustee Board of halow project.
