BUSINESS LEADERS ROUND TABLE & FACTORY TOUR AT RED BULL RACING, WITH SPECIAL GUEST PAUL TEASDALE
Join us alongside other Directors, Senior Leaders and Small Business Owners on Friday 30thSeptember 2022, as we spend the day at Red Bull Racing, learning from the best during a time where they are adapting to the ever-changing sharp end of the 2022 Formula One Championship battle. Adapting, pivoting, and reinventing is something many businesses are having to keep at the forefront of their businesses, given the current climate and change in consumer behaviour.
Hosted by Salone Events, and Ignition Human Performance, who are a network of professionals unlocking business performance using elite Motorsport formulas and with special guest Paul Teasdale formally of McLaren Applied Technologies, we are hosting this event for like-minded individuals who want to excel performance and learn from some of the best success stories in motorsport.
We will welcome you into the incredibly unique Red Bull Racing event centre, which is located just across the road from their main Formula 1 factory. Within this event space, there is the special presence of every race car they have built and driven during race seasons.
To encourage creativity, new ideas and witness elite performance, we will start the day with an exclusive factory tour, showing you behind the scenes of the heart of Red Bull Racing. This will be a particularly special experience, as the Red Bull team at the factory will be getting everything ready for the team out in Singapore for Formula 1 Practice. This means you will be able to witness the implementations to save time, increase efficiency and boost productivity whilst two teams are working 6,755 miles apart. During this tour, you will be able to ask questions as we go around and truly see how a winning culture is injected into their entire operation, from the smallest of details.
After a delicious lunch and surrounded by Red Bulls previous original cars, Ignition Human Performance will inform you of how Red Bull Racing became a championship winning team from the ashes of the underachieving Jaguar Racing Team and how the different techniques they used to achieve this. We will learn how they quickly adapt to ever changing environments and circumstances, something very relevant in every business leaders day to day role currently.
Following this, we will look at how a Formula 1 attitude can unlock performance within business, with a number of interesting examples of how companies have applied this way of thinking and start looking at how this can be applied into your own business to help adapt to current challenges and changing climates.
This will then be followed by round tables hosted by Ignition Human Performance and Paul Teasdale where, using the vast knowledge in the room, along with the lessons we will have learnt throughout the day, we will discuss and share the current issues you and your businesses are facing and look at how you can practically apply this new way of thinking into your everyday business set up, leaving you to walk away from the day with actionable items to make a positive impact in your business.
All conversations will remain confidential, enabling a safe environment to encourage openness and the ability to learn from one another whilst also connecting with like-minded individuals.
When completing the booking form, we invite you to note two or three areas that you are feel you need to improve within your business, or certain areas you are struggling with and are willing to discuss in order for Ignition Human Performance to cater towards those key points.
