Stephanie Travers, Groundbreaking F1 Figure, Joins Ignition's Motorsport Speakers Roster

Following her historic podium moment alongside Sir Lewis Hamilton while representing the Mercedes AMG F1 team, as part of her role as Trackside Fluid Engineer for the team's principal partner Petronas, she has been instrumental in the F1 7 time World Champion's "Mission 44" charitable initiative where she serves as the Senior Development Officer, supporting visionary organisations and empowering young minds in underserved communities.

In addition to her achievements, Stephanie was the Deputy Team Principal for the Extreme E team X44, further solidifying her influence and commitment to the motorsports community. Being able to speak into a range of topics around leadership and team management, Stephanie is very passionate about education and specifically ensuring that future female engineers are exposed to the myriad of career opportunities, along with diversity and inclusion in the racing & business sphere.
